Google
Ads Budget Strategy
In this cheat sheet
I’ll discuss how can we set up a beautiful campaign in google ads this copy of the course will be all over the guide of all tricks and important updates as well.
So,
let start ……….
Motivation: It’s a tool
designed by google so anyone can use and learn about this, it's not a rocket
science, and it's designed for users, not for google itself.

Hey! One thing is also here if you will select { ok, select a bid strategy directly. Then we get this option.
1: Using Google’s ads default bid strategy (clicks) and optional
max CPC bid limit.
So,
let’s start the first topic…...
Bidding strategy target RAOS:-
Basically, ROI is the return on investment the formula of
getting ads ROI is
ROI = {revenue – cost\ cost}
ROAS = Return on ad investment {Revenue \ cost of ads}
Target ROAS: Objective – if you are tracking more than
one conversion tracking (sale and phone calls) and each conversion has a
different value to your company target ROAS will aim to bid based on how much
return you make on your advertising dollars (as opposed to target cost per
conversion.
ROAS = {Revenue \ cost of ads}
How it works:
Google will predict which clicks will convert and how much these conversions
will be worth to you. You tell Google what each conversion is when you setting
up conversion tracking. You must have the conversion value configured.
A campaign using targeted ROAS need to have at least 15
conversion in the last 30 days and conversion value need to be consistent within a
range for a few days.
This is how the awards dashboard looks like when we select the Targeted ROAS option.
CPA: cost per acquisition
Objective: to
get as many as many conversions as possible for your target cost per
acquisition.
The cost of the click doesn’t matter as long as you are
getting clicks that convert at the profitable cost business is growing to grow.
How it Works: Google will predict
which clicks will convert and how must cost that click to convert.
Conversion value is not essentials for target CPA bidding.
You must have conversion tracking for at least one
conversion action configured.
The more conversion data you have in the account the
closer google will be able to get the conversion for your target CPA you should
have at least 2-3 conversions per campaign per day.
This strategy used when we need some sort of database
of user behavior or when we want a good amount of traffic on our website.
For instance: if it’s a very beginning of a campaign
your boss or clients really want a lot of data, don’t really care about cost
per click. They just want to check certain costumers’ behavior
Always remember in this setting you wouldn’t be able to control your CPC google will give me as many visits as you want.
Objective: To maintain tight
control of your individual keyword-level bids while also putting some trust in the google algorithm to optimize CPC for more conversions.
How it works: Google will
automatically raise your bids as much as 30% or decrease your bid as much as
100%based on how likely they think the click is a lead to conversion.
Enhanced CPC does sometimes work to maintain or increase
conversion volume while decreasing the cost per conversion.
You still set your max CPC bids at the keyword ad group
or campaign level.
ECPC starts off with modifying 50% of your traffic
adjusting based on your performance.
Scenarios: Your company has
strict guidelines on budget and you want as much control over how much you pay for
any given keyword.
Every keyword represents a different type of buyers but you are also tracking conversions and feel your bid can be more optimized than they currently are.
ECPC is good to start experimenting
with automation.
Objective of manual CPC: To fully maintain control over your bids in
every auction you are willing to pay what you are willing to pay that’s it.
How it works: Default bid at the campaign and ad group level. Can also set individual keyword-level bids. Good won’t bid more than your max in any circumstances. You can add ECPC at any time as well as change your bidding strategy. The best place to start doesn’t need conversion tracking to work.
